Overview

Abstract:

Ectopic pregnancy is a phenomenon of fertilized eggs and implantation outside the uterus, if not diagnosed early and managed early can be life threatening to a woman. Objective: Describe the clinical and subclinical features and comment on the results of the uterine tube surgery at Thai Nguyen Central Hospital from June 1, 2017 to June 31, 2019. Subjects and method: 261 patients with uterine tubes had surgery. Method: Cross section description. Results: Rate of patients with shock before surgery was 16%, 54.79% had all 3 symptoms of delayed menstruation, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, 4.9% found the pregnancy sac outside the uterus, 18.8% saw ring shaped blocks, 59.8% saw mixed echogenic mass, pregnancy block in the tube ball of the uterus accounted for a high rate accounting for 77%. There are 44.1% of patients undergo laparoscopic surgery, the main surgical method is to cut the uterus. Conclusion: Most patients have symptoms of delayed menstruation, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, βhCG quantification and vaginal ultrasound are of high value in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
