Objective: Describe the situation of rabies vaccination in humans in Thai Nguyen province 2016- 2020. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study, collecting retrospective data from the Thai Nguyen CDC and reports of district health centers. Results: In the period 2016-2020 there were a total of 50345 rabies vaccinations, of which 91.4% were exposed to rabies from dogs. The most common wound site was on the leg which accounted for 56.2%. Grade III wounds were most common (52.0%), grade II (47.7%), grade I (0.3%).
