A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to assess and practice oral care for children under 2 years of age by caregivers at Thai Nguyen National Hospital in 2022. At the same time, to explore some related factors. knowledge and practice of oral care for children under 2 years of age of caregivers at Thai Nguyen National Hospital. Subjects: Primary caregivers of children who come to examine and treat children under 2 years old at Thai Nguyen National Hospital. Research Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive. Results: 75.5% of the study participants had an average knowledge of children's oral care; 13% good and 11.5% poor. 56.5% of study participants have moderate oral care practices; 19.8% of people are at a good level and 23.7% of people are at a bad level. Gender, occupation, number of children of caregivers and age, health problems, favorite foods, night eating status of children are related to knowledge and practice of children's oral care (p<0, 05). The study encourages the strengthening of health education communication, adherence to guidelines on Oral Health.
