Objectives: The study aims to describe the current status of knowledge, attitude, practice of parents in taking care of primary school children with covid-19 in one commune of Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province and some related factors.  Reseach Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study in 1 communes, Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province. Sample size were all parents of primary school children with COVID-19 at the study sites, total of 324 parents. Research results show that parents' knowledge about caring for children with COVID-19 was 24.4%, good attitude was 90.7%, and good practice was 49.7%. There were relationships between educational level, knowledge and attitudes towards practice in caring children with COVID-19. The behaviour of taking children for COVID-19 vaccination reached 70.6%. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the knowledge, attitude and practice in caring for children with COVID-19 for parents, especially to encourage parents taking their children to COVID-19 vaccinations.
