Objective: To describe management of postexposure for reabies among people receiving treatment at the Center of Diesase Control in Thai Nguyen city in 2020 and analyzing some factors affecting post–expose management behavior. Methods: This was the descriptive research with cross-sectional design, aiming to collect 400 people recevied treatment in the Center of Diesase Control in Thai Nguyen province. Results: The post-expose management of participants remains limited. The percentages of  participants had good practice and good knowledge were 52.7% and 52.3%, respectively. The educational level and the knowledge of
participants regarding the rabies prevention were found to be associated with their pratices (all p<0.05).
