Objectives: To study some clinical features, para-clinicals of patients who taking calcium channel blockers to treat hypertension at the Thai Nguyen General Central Hospital and evaluation of Calcium channels blockers’ treatment-results in treating hypertension patients. Subjects and Methods: using the method described advances, research 30 outpatients treated by Calcium channel blockers (Amlodipine) in 3 months, using placebo. Results: after treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two studied-patients’ groups decreased significantly than before treatment, the difference is statistically significant with p < 0.001. Conclusion: Calcium channel blockers (Amlodipine) treat well hypertension.
