Using Ni-Ti rotary instrument is increasing to replace the hand file because of its positive advantages. Objectives: To describe the situation of using Ni-Ti rotary instrument and some related factors at some hospitals in Hanoi city in 2018-2019. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 150 doctors at 26 hospitals in Hanoi city. Results: The proportion of  hospitals that use Ni-Ti rotary instrument was 42.3%, the rate of doctors using was 75.3%. The reason why doctors do not use Ni-Ti rotary instrument was because of the high cost (81.1%), due to the lack of 59.5% technique. The rate of broken Ni-Ti rotary complications when used is 68.1%. Professional qualifications and training was significant factors related to the use of the Ni-Ti rotary instrument.Conclusions and recommendations:The proportion of hospitals using NiTi rotary instrument is not high, it’s necessary to equip these systems and training at hospitals
