Description of the program

The Master of Pediatrics program is a postgraduate training program for medical graduates who have had Doctor Degree of Medicine from good grade or who have had more than two-year working experience. This is a training program for highly qualified pediatric doctors. Five to ten doctors are enrolled each year through the examination process organized by Thai Nguyen University.

The program aims at training masters of pediatrics with solid basic scientific knowledge, specialized knowledge of pediatrics, good practical skills, professional problem-solving skill, scientific research ability and adaptivity to increasing development of medical science and medicine. They are also the doctors of medical ethics who can study on their own to become experts in pediatrics.

After completing the 18-month training program, learners will be awarded the Master Degree of Pediatrics.

Employment after completing the program

After graduating from the program, learners can work for government health management agencies, research institutes, universities of medicine and pharmacy, medical colleges and schools, and department of pediatrics in public or private health facilities.
